K9 and an Officer - Partners for LIFE

SPECIAL EDITION
Our guest this time included a dog... not just any dog... it was K9 Brutus from the Reading Police K9 unit!!  You will hear some panting for sure in the background and even a burp at one point from our furry friend.  So much information about this special unit and the costs associated with having a K9 unit.   Brutus is a bomb sniffing dog and thank goodness our studio was cleared! :)

Brutus also brought Officer Josh Faust (his handler) and Suzy Lysczek a committee member of the non profit, The Friends of the Reading Police K9 Unit.  Suzy and her committee raise funds to help defray the costs of having a K9 unit and w/ out their help, this unit probably wouldn't exist. 

I learned so much about how the dogs get trained, where they are from and What Language they Speak!!  Yes that's right,  they do NOT go by English Commands.
