The Brad Weisman Show

Celebrating 250 Episodes: The Brad Weisman Show's Journey

Brad Weisman

Celebrating 250 episodes calls for reflection, and in this milestone conversation, Brad and Hugo take us on a journey through the evolution of The Brad Weisman Show podcast. What started as a solo venture in Brad's bedroom during the pandemic—armed with just a microphone, mixer, and a laptop—has blossomed into a dynamic show with a fully equipped studio and walls adorned with meaningful mementos from past episodes.

They share candid insights about their growth, from the strategic name change (formerly "Real Estate and You") that freed them from topical constraints, to Hugo's gradual integration from behind-the-scenes voice to essential co-host. Their chemistry shines through as they reminisce about standout moments with guests ranging from centenarian World War II veterans to Super Bowl champions, Hollywood actors, and thought leaders who've graced their studio.

Beyond the entertaining stories lies a profound purpose that drives the podcast forward: the potential to positively impact even one listener's life. Brad shares a powerful anecdote about how a single person who helped Ed Mylett's father overcome alcoholism unknowingly created a ripple effect that has since touched millions through Ed's work. This philosophy—that you never know when your words might make all the difference—fuels their commitment to meaningful conversations.

Looking ahead to their next milestone (300 episodes approaching in less than a year), Brad and Hugo share their wishlist for future guests including Steve Harvey, Damon West, Ed Mylett and many others, while expressing their desire to feature more musical performances and self-development topics. Most importantly, they extend heartfelt gratitude to their audience, inviting more engagement through comments and guest suggestions. Join us every Thursday at 7pm as we continue building this community one conversation at a time.

"I'm so blessed to have a vessel to share my curiosity of people and their stories.  I hope you all have enjoyed many of the 250 episodes and I look forward to upping my game with each and every future guest! Thank YOU!!" - Brad Weisman

Speaker 1:

Rock and roll.

Speaker 2:

Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.

Speaker 1:

From real estate, the market as a whole, which then sometimes will affect the 10. Right, the real life. We all learn in different ways. If you think about it, wayne Dyer might not attract everybody and everything in between. Mission was really to help people just to reach their full potential.

Speaker 2:

The Brad Wiseman Show, and now your host Brad Wiseman.

Speaker 1:

All right, yeah, this is going to be a different show. We made it. We made it. Yeah. What did we make, though? Exactly you know what I mean. Yes, so, yeah. So this is the 250th episode. Doesn't it seem like it was just yesterday that it was the 200th episode?

Speaker 2:

That's right, and all these walls were gray.

Speaker 1:

Yes, it's right. Yeah, that's right. Everything's so different, right?

Speaker 2:

Very humble beginnings.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

I mean, when you first started, I was not even part of this.

Speaker 1:

I think you started in the pandemic right.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I started in my bedroom with a microphone, this microphone, this mixer and my laptop. That was it. It was just me and I was doing streaming what I did. I would call people. The first guest was Justin Perella and I had said to him look, do you mind being a guinea pig? And he said, yeah, sure I'll do it. And he did. And he did it. Sure I'll do it. And he did, and he did, and that was the first show. That's how it started. You know, I didn't know what I was getting into, I didn't know, you know, how long I'd be doing it. It's just one of those things, you know, just do it. And I was bored, like everybody else was. During COVID. There's a lot of stories. We've heard over 250 episodes. How many times have we heard well, during COVID is when I started. Well, during COVID is when I started doing this. It's a very common thing.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it was a prompter for a lot of people to explore. You know something new to do and look at where you are now.

Speaker 1:

But it's funny how we piece the studio together. You know what I mean. It used to be like just gray, and then it went from gray to you know, and it was one camera. I'll never forget the first time that you did um, when you did the show and you did it for me, I said, hey, I'd like to have just like one show a month, be very professional and have the video and all that stuff, Cause I used to just set up a, an actual webcam right.

Speaker 1:

Little webcam and I would record it that way. And it was basically, you know, that's the way it went. And then you showed me what it would look like a little teaser. Um, you showed me what it would look like like done well, yeah, and we I've never gone back since, and then it was once a month, then it was, ah, let's do twice a month. And now it's and now.

Speaker 2:

But now, and even even after I started doing it, you know just adding, you know the, the, the set design to all the decoration, that you put up, everything in the wall.

Speaker 1:

I think that it adds that touch of personality and stories too, the stories, I think, because people do come in and ask right, I mean people go, what's that, what's that? And they want to know why. There's a thing of mustard on the wall, there's a bone. Yeah, there's a bone. There's everything here it's so true, we've got BroGlo. In here We've got books. We actually have more books than this. We just can't put them all up. But yeah, it's kind of interesting how it's evolved.

Speaker 1:

But I like it, I always feel like it feels like home when we're here. So we've had 250 guests Probably. Out of those 250, you've been involved in probably almost 200 of them. I'm thinking like the first 45 to 50 were maybe on my own or kind of combination, things like that. But yeah, so it's almost. It's probably almost 200 that we've done together pretty well and that's amazing too how that's evolved. Yeah, I mean it evolved. You being more a part of the show has evolved from. Just you know, there was a couple of times I asked you a question and I said, hey, you know, what do you think of that? And you hear this voice in the background. So we did that for a while and I kind of liked the way that went and then I was like wait a minute, why don't we just get you a microphone?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's right, that's right. And I think it's fun. Yeah, I like it, I like it.

Speaker 1:

By the way, this is the 250th and last show for me. It's now called the Hugo.

Speaker 2:

Show. I remember too that the name changed too. It was not the Brad Weisman Show.

Speaker 1:

It was Real Estate you.

Speaker 2:

Tell me that For the audience, for the new listeners, the show used to be called Real Estate you, but tell me about the prompter to make that transition into a new name.

Speaker 1:

I think that when that happened, we had an awesome guest on. He had just come off the Super Bowl as a quarterback and was retiring and it's Chad Henney and he's a local star here and we brought him in the studio. You remember that and it was just getting difficult trying to wedge real estate into the conversation, even though you didn't have to. But when the show is called Real Estate and you, you just feel like you've got to wedge real estate into it somehow and I remember doing that. I remember thinking, when I was talking to Chad, how am I going to? So I did a spin on oh, he's a Super Bowl champion coming back to his hometown. So that was the spin on real estate and we struggled with this even before Chad we struggled with we're starting to do a lot more than real estate, because it's really tough to do a show for four weeks out of a month on just real estate. Things don't sometimes change that much. So, yeah, so I think the process was basically we talked about.

Speaker 2:

I think we talked about changing the name for like six months to a year.

Speaker 1:

And you know we went through. Remember we had different names too. Remember you came up with a list of names. I did Susie did Susie. Ray Design is a big part of the show. Tony Stevens is a big part of the show and a lot of that comes from. You know, we just sat around, we're like, okay, what should we call the show? And every time we came up with a name we felt like we were pigeonholed into doing something a certain way, yeah, limited and not able to diversify.

Speaker 1:

Exactly, and once again, you would have to make sure that it works within the confines of the name. So I think that's what happened, and then eventually it took a lot for me. I did a lot of thinking at nighttime and finally I remember saying that's it, we're pulling the plug, it's going to be changed. This day we came out with a whole show about making the change and it worked out great, and that's when it became the Brad Wiseman.

Speaker 2:

Show how about that shirt that you're wearing there. Yeah, this shirt here you would tell me yeah, I like it you like it.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, there's a volume switch on the back so I can turn it down a little bit.

Speaker 2:

That's funny. You need to wear sunglasses.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I know, oh, I left mine upstairs, but no, the only thing about it I want to do something that when people look at the shows, when I'm wearing a weird shirt not my typical plaid that means I'm celebrating something. So we have different things to celebrate. We have our 250th episode. We also not that we want to celebrate this, but we want to celebrate the people that perished during the last week was the 9-11 memorial and all that stuff, and we just had a guest on actually, that was two weeks ago there was a guest on that. His father perished in the 9-11.

Speaker 2:

Twin Towers. Oh yeah, that's right, that's right.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, david Ferruccio. And so, you know, just thinking in that, and I thought, okay, you know, that's another reason to wear something patriotic. And then, like I said, 250th year of our country is next year, 2026,. We are 250 years old as a country. That's right.

Speaker 2:

Crazy, right. Yeah, that's cool, though I like it.

Speaker 1:

I like it and I've always been patriotic. So you know, speaking of patriotic, we've had a World War II vet on here.

Speaker 2:

Oh, that was one. I'm glad you mentioned that. That was my favorite story. Yeah, just to hear him talk Matt Gutman, matt Gutman, he was.

Speaker 1:

I think either 99 or just over 100. And unfortunately he passed since that episode aired. If you get a chance you want to look up Tyler Boland and he was the guy that brought the World War II vet and he's brought another one to us also before. Don't recall his name. Matt guttman was here and uh, just an amazing amazing stories if you want to hear some world war ii stories? Man, that was a great show, great episode I remember he brought all like a sword that he just said, walked into a japanese.

Speaker 2:

You give me that, give me the sword, yeah yeah, because he didn't want it.

Speaker 1:

He knew that, hey, the guy could use it yeah, you know the guy could use it. He wanted to get it away from him, but those are great stories. I mean, that's pretty amazing that he was in this studio.

Speaker 2:

What are some of the stories? That are impactful, or hilarious Because there are some fun ones.

Speaker 1:

There's some great ones. I mean the one that stands out for me, that had me laughing so much was Dr Nate Tiedekin, my buddy. He's an orthopedic surgeon and he had that story and you have to listen to the show. At the end of the show he told the story about getting his hair cut.

Speaker 1:

And that is just a hilarious story because he the haircut was terrible and he goes back into that salon member and the guy that cut it was there and it was just that story. You got to hear it. It's just a great story and Nate is great at telling you stories Also. He's great. He's a great doctor, he's a great, great person. So he he was a good, good guest to have on, a great guest to have on. We'll have him back.

Speaker 2:

Absolutely yeah, I really liked that I was also thinking.

Speaker 1:

You know, you look at how many people have been on here several times.

Speaker 2:

Pete obviously is on every month, right, every month. I love the pre-show. The pre-shows are funny yeah.

Speaker 1:

I think if we ever aired the pre-show, we would all be stopping the show, right? No, we always have a good time. It's always a good time laughing and getting together with Pete. He always has great information. But, what's interesting, there's somebody else that's been on not as much as Pete, but has been on frequently Stephanie Taramino from have Some.

Speaker 2:

Fun Today.

Speaker 1:

And we have her hat back here. She's represented in the studio, but she's been on probably three or four times.

Speaker 2:

Four times. I think it's four times. Yeah, four times Three here in the studio and one with me before. Yeah.

Speaker 1:

So we always love having her on.

Speaker 1:

It'd be great to have her on again. Obviously she was awesome. And you know, I think what's really cool is that over time we've really kind of done a good job with a 50-50 of some out of the area, some in the area. We've made an effort to make sure we can keep local involved but also reach out beyond local and have people from California. We had somebody from Australia on, had people from Germany that one guy no, he was in Germany, I think was the one guy, but yeah, that's that. So I have to ask you, what do you? What do you think? What do you think about the progress of the show?

Speaker 2:

I mean it's cool. It's cool to see and you know from the beginnings until now. You know, as as as we celebrate this 250th episode, it makes me think about where are we going to head next, cause it's been exciting, it's been pretty cool to see it growth. I'm just curious and excited also for the show as we keep growing, as more guests keep appearing and coming. I'm just excited for that. It's pretty cool. It's been really nice.

Speaker 1:

It's funny because how you've been worked into it.

Speaker 2:

Now, when I say your name, when I say something like yeah, we like when Hugo's on, we like when he says something. You know, I think they think Did you get comments, Did you get?

Speaker 1:

comments on the show. Oh my gosh. Yes, well, it's funny. The comments I get are not mostly. They're not always just on on on social media and things. A lot of them are just when I'm out in public.

Speaker 2:

I was just at the.

Speaker 1:

Wawa recently and if you're not from around here, it's like a convenience store and I was going in to grab, I think, a cup of coffee or something like that. And it was just funny how a guy that I hadn't seen in years sees me hey, brad, and then I'm like, hey, what's up? And I go to his car and he goes and we were talking just kind of catch up a little. He goes by the way he goes. I listen to every single episode. Now here's a person that I haven't seen in a long time, probably years, and he's like he knows the episodes. I mean, he was very much into it.

Speaker 1:

He's like, yeah, just keep doing it, man, it's so entertaining. I listen to every one of them, so it's just cool that I've gotten that many times where people are like, by the way, I really love the show, and sometimes they'll mention your name and just say you know how it's cool that you're bringing that element into it, and that's cool. I appreciate it. In fact, if you're listening to this show, please comment. You know, please say stuff. You know. The more you can comment, the more you can tell us what you like and don't like, the better the show.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, we like that feedback and it's necessary to too.

Speaker 1:

Oh, very much, so it's always welcome Very much so yeah, so let's go over some of the other. You know, I was kind of going over this and it was interesting looking at the guests and some of them we had Owen Estalison. I mean, he's an actor, a big actor. He's been in some big movies and you know he's been on here twice.

Speaker 2:

Is he the most famous guest we had? What would you say you?

Speaker 1:

know that's tough to say. I'd say, you know Chad Henney was at that moment. And still, to this day, he's won two Super Bowls. You know, that's a big deal. I think Owen Estalis is definitely right there with him. I mean, Owen was. You know, the movies he was in was directed by Ron Howard. I mean it. He was playing a young JD Vance, who is now our vice president of the United States.

Speaker 2:

That's right.

Speaker 1:

That was who he was portraying as a young boy.

Speaker 2:

That was based on his book, based on his life, yeah. Yeah it's pretty interesting.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's pretty cool Pretty cool, so I'd say him you know who else? Jeffrey St Eremon. I mean he's on Selling Manhattan or Ow Manhattan, owning Manhattan, selling Manhattan?

Speaker 2:

I can't think of one of those, yeah, one of those owning.

Speaker 1:

Manhattan selling Manhattan. And yeah, so Michael Serhant, that's his show, but Jeffrey is on it.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

And we were had him on twice, that's true. We had him on before he was on that show and we had him on again after that.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's right, that's right.

Speaker 1:

So you definitely want to check out that episode. Those were pretty good Cause he gave us some inside information on the drama on that reality show which I think is kind of cool.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's pretty cool. That was cool, it was fun.

Speaker 1:

So, yeah, you know, and some of the ones that I wasn't expecting or didn't really know who they were, which really blew my mind and really made an impression on me Sylvia DiGiusto. Oh yeah, I mean if she's listening, I'm sure she will if we tell her that she was mentioned in here.

Speaker 2:

She'll want to hear what we said hi, sylvie, no, but we.

Speaker 1:

She, you know, is one of those people that was not on my radar, didn't really know her, and she's incredible, yeah, really incredible. I think she, um, definitely was. It was one of those times you're like I am so glad I'm doing this yeah, and you know what I see we're saying that.

Speaker 2:

I remember that we first uh had her uh remotely, I think, on the streaming and yes, absolutely yeah she stopped by the studio and that that was pretty cool to meet her and see we did, we had her on remotely.

Speaker 1:

and then she was kind enough, she was in new york doing something and then she was going to go to philly to speak and she said, uh, you know, I'm going to be in that area and I'm like, okay, you want to come in, do it. And then she did, and it was great. We had her on two times in a very short period of time. Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2:

And we went to see her the next day too.

Speaker 1:

Went to see her the next day down in Philly. She spoke there and she was very dynamic. Oh yeah, Great speaker. She has that thing room. You can tell she's.

Speaker 2:

she's the or a presence.

Speaker 1:

Yes, as a presence absolutely as energy yeah we're talking about that with somebody else recently about the energy that people um have on them. I think that was with um the most recent show it was adam brower the spiritual realtor.

Speaker 2:

The spiritual realtor, he was amazing.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, um saging and staging yes saging and staging no, he talked about the energy, remember the energy of the house.

Speaker 2:

yeah, that that's right.

Speaker 1:

I remember that Boy if you're selling your house, that's a good one to listen to, just to see if there's maybe bad energy in your house, if you haven't went through a divorce or something bad happened.

Speaker 2:

You know, do some staging, yeah, great stories.

Speaker 1:

Yes, really good stories. So what sticks out for you? Give me some of the ones that you really stick out for Well.

Speaker 2:

Sylvie was pretty cool and it was cool to meet her too, scoggins.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah, he was just on recently, steven Scoggins. Steven Scoggins was really good. Yeah, he was pretty cool.

Speaker 2:

I think he has the record now for the longest show, I think.

Speaker 1:

Yes, I think it was almost 45 minutes.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, something like that.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's funny. I never thought of that record for the for the longest show, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2:

I think it's Steven Scoggins. Uh, it was cool to see uh the cane. I remember when we had the canines here too. Oh yeah, twice, twice, yeah, it felt yeah.

Speaker 1:

I remember they were on the microphone.

Speaker 2:

Remember that that was great.

Speaker 1:

That's right. No, that was cool, and Susie's the one that brought them in.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, susie Lysak, that was a good one. The bro glows was pretty cool, the guys I remember they got you out here into the chair. Oh my gosh.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, those guys are cool. So it's Tom Jaron. They were great, yeah, and they were on Shark Tank Remember.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

They were on Shark Tank came in here right after they aired on Shark Tank and I'm still using it. I just ordered more.

Speaker 2:

There it is, just ordered more. It's right here.

Speaker 1:

Right, here is the product and I got to tell you I love it, my wife loves it, my daughter uses it. Totally non-toxic and gets you a nice little um, yeah, I think that that's there was.

Speaker 2:

There have been so many um, just cool guests and stories.

Speaker 1:

Absolutely yeah, I was thinking too about um dr nate's, you know haircut story that was pretty cool that was pretty fun um what's funny about that story had nothing to do with being an orthopedic surgeon. Yeah, I mean it's complete at the end. He just like said it.

Speaker 2:

You know it's fine yeah, um, there was a gentleman too, I think his name is boland. Um, oh, yeah, well, that not, tyler not tyler the brian boland, oh my gosh. Yes, he was here and talked about wills yeah, I think that just his information was very, very absolutely yeah, he was really good, and that was a while ago yeah, that's a lot. Kevin timoshenko was a guy I always wanted, he's been in here twice yes, he always wants to get into deep. Oh yeah, he wants to get deep.

Speaker 1:

He wants to get deep and he wants to complain about things.

Speaker 2:

sometimes but so true yeah.

Speaker 1:

We have to put on. I might have to have the button for the F-bomb maybe with him, I don't know.

Speaker 2:

But now he's Unfiltered.

Speaker 1:

Kevin yeah so involved in the community Metropolitan Properties their metropolitan group. They do a great job. You know, it's funny too. Recently we had a musical guest before it was Kono Nation which was she was in here, remember.

Speaker 2:

Oh yeah, that's right. Yeah, Morgan Konopelsky, yeah.

Speaker 1:

Konopelsky yes, but she never performed. Then we decided, okay, we're going to have somebody perform. So we had Maggie Marr in here. Yeah, and that was our first live music show. Yeah, remember, she performed two shows one in the beginning, one at the end. We did a little extra at the end. She was phenomenal.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, very cool voice. Yes, very good voice Pick up her guitar and which I thought was pretty cool. No, that was pretty cool.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, us, you know. Also, what I wanted to say is is thanking the audience for listening. Yeah, you know, um, you know we wouldn't be doing it if, if, if. You know they always say nobody was listening, that's right. My mom always listened.

Speaker 1:

So, but uh, you know it's funny that if nobody listened, let me go. Let me go back the. I hear a lot of podcasters say this If you're, if you're changing one person's life, it's all worth it. So if we have a guest on that makes an impression and it doesn't have to change your life, but it helps them. Either A buy a house, sell a house, if it helps them with their orthopedic issues, if it helps them with their mindset we just had a mindset person on here talking about that. Ryan Godforson, I think, was the one that was all about the mindset. If we can help somebody in those areas and it's only one person, you're changing everything. Ed Milet talked about that today on a podcast I was listening to from him. His dad was an alcoholic and his dad went clean when Ed was 15 years old. His dad went clean when Ed was 15 years old. If his dad wouldn't have gone clean, Ed Milet would probably not be the Ed Milet that we all know today.

Speaker 1:

He now affects millions and millions and millions of people every week on his podcast. Okay, the thing he says, the person that I don't know who to thank, who is the person that saw my dad hit rock bottom and say to him you need help? Yeah, that person is responsible for all the has impacted the world. So one person that doesn't even know what they did. That's right. They don't even know, like we don't even know when we're doing the show.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

If we impact somebody, maybe they won't do something they were going to do, or maybe they're going to do something they were thinking about doing, you know, stepping out of their comfort zone. I think it's just an amazing thought it's pretty cool out of their comfort zone.

Speaker 1:

I think it's just an amazing thought, and really amazing thought, so you know. That's why it's really important that, no matter who you are in your life, you have something to give. You have something to give to everybody, because you don't know when you're going to influence somebody at that right second that makes a difference in their life. You just don't know, yeah.

Speaker 2:

So now let me ask you, like, who is who's in your wishlist for guests? Like you know, ed Milet. Ed Milet. Send him a message. Ed Milet.

Speaker 1:

We'd like you on the show. He's phenomenal. I mean he speaks from the heart, he's got great topics, he's lived. A mentor of mine. Definitely a mentor and I listen to him pretty much almost every day.

Speaker 2:

Just send him a message. I will Absolutely.

Speaker 1:

We actually were trying to get on the Coffee Bean guy.

Speaker 2:

I forget his name right now. What was his name? I forget his name.

Speaker 1:

right now I can his name it's not. Adam, is it? No, I forget his name right now.

Speaker 2:

It's I can't remember it? I can't remember it. He's the author of the Coffee Bean.

Speaker 1:

The Coffee Bean, yeah, I've been in touch with him and probably, if I know his name, maybe he would come on the show. I hope he doesn't listen to this.

Speaker 2:

No, we know his name, it's just that he doesn't cover it Nate Something.

Speaker 1:

Not Nate. No, we'll come up with it at some point. We'll actually fudge it into the show. No, but yeah, I'd like him to come on because I saw him live Speaks, has great topics he's come from, went to jail from drugs and things like that, and he's got a great story to tell of coming from adversity and really making it what he's doing today and saving people's lives.

Speaker 1:

changing people's lives. That's what's cool. That's the best thing about the show is I listen to these. I listen to every single show when I'm editing out the ums and things like that and making sure that there's nothing stupid that anybody said, and most of the time it's pretty much what you hear, it's one shot.

Speaker 1:

That's right. And it's just neat to listen back, cause a lot of times when I'm doing this, I don't I hear it but it doesn't sink in. Yeah, I mean you can hear something, but it doesn't mean you're actually really letting it sink in, let it soak in. So it's nice is when I'm, when I'm listening to the shows, I'm editing the shows, I get a chance to really let it sit in. And what's interesting about that is sometimes I get I walk away from here and go man, that was a great show, great show, I love that and I'll get it home and I'll be like it was okay, it was good. And then there's sometimes I'm like, ah, man, I think if I would have said this or would have said this or would have answered this question or would have asked this question, those are the ones.

Speaker 2:

Sometimes I get home and go this is a damn good show man. This is a damn good show man. It's a damn good show. It's like when you're arguing with your spouse right, oh yeah, let's not talk about that. And five minutes later you think about the perfect answer Exactly, that's so true, yeah, you know what that is.

Speaker 1:

That's called calmer minds prevail, and my partner Mark Chakras calmer minds prevail. So if you just calm down, your brain will work and you'll be able to say the right things. But when you get all excited and stressed out and your energy goes up, your mind doesn't work. Then it's just. It's like a fight or flight type situation.

Speaker 2:

So you know something that? That that I just thought of that was pretty cool too, was when we were doing those uh stories, uh with brandon oh, yes, stories.

Speaker 1:

Yes, yes, that called oh my god, what was that name? It was a segment. We did give it a name. Hold on. I a segment, we did give it a name. Hold on. I actually had that here somewhere. It wasn't beyond. No, it wasn't that, it wasn't that?

Speaker 2:

No, it wasn't beyond closed doors.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah, behind closed doors. No, yeah, behind closed doors, or something like that. Yes.

Speaker 2:

I think that's what's pretty cool we had west mucky on here.

Speaker 1:

Uh, the pottery pottery guy to the stars. Remember he made ozzy osbourne. Yeah, all kinds of remember all the stars he made uh pottery for is incredible.

Speaker 2:

That was a good show. Precedence yeah, presence three presents, I think three or four incredible, yeah, so what?

Speaker 1:

who do you want to see on the show?

Speaker 2:

there's so many uh cool people, Probably I would say probably Steve Harvey, Steve Harvey.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

I like Steve.

Speaker 1:

He is funny. He's also a good speaker too.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, because not many people are familiar with that aspect, with that facet of him. Many people know him as a comedian, but he's a great speaker.

Speaker 1:

Great speaker, great story speaker, great storyteller. Yeah, great storyteller. That's what I think. The more I do this, the more that I want to be able to do is be able to tell more stories after I hear the stories.

Speaker 2:

Kevin Hart from Philly. Kevin Hart would be great.

Speaker 1:

That's good. You got some good ones. Yours are all funny, which is funny because you love jokes. I love jokes.

Speaker 2:

I think that laughter is the best medicine and I really enjoy it. It is the best medicine unless you have diarrhea. Then it's probably not, probably not so much or surgery.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's not good If you have some kind of surgery. Yeah, not good for laughter.

Speaker 2:

That's right. Not good for laughter.

Speaker 1:

Oh, that's funny, that's really funny. So what else do we want to say? Yet I don't know if there's.

Speaker 2:

I mean, I think Thank you, thank you, yeah, thank everybody for watching.

Speaker 1:

Thanks for the guests that come on and take their time in. We've had guests, even scoggins he flew in from, from down south. We've had guests drive from new york, from philly. Uh, you know, we've we've had all kinds of guests. We've had all kinds of people and just great people. I mean, and I I gotta say, out of 250 guests there's probably only been one or two and they weren't from locally, that I couldn't wait till the show was over you know what I was thinking who was was the youngest, who has been the youngest guest so far?

Speaker 1:

The youngest guest? Yeah, probably my son.

Speaker 2:

Oh, that's true. Yeah, probably my son. Yeah, that's right, or?

Speaker 1:

Catherine before he was on, when she did the puppet stuff and did all that stuff.

Speaker 2:

Oh yeah, Wasn't that on the show? I think it was on the show. Yeah, I remember that. Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Matt will be the oldest right, Matt Gutman.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah, absolutely, Because he was either 99 or 101. There was one that was 99, one that was 101. Yeah, it's just crazy. Oh, johnny Pasch too, my buddy from Beverly. Hills, oh yes, he's a realtor out in Beverly Hills. I'm just kind of looking through the names here now. Oh, by the way, also Justin Shank from the move.

Speaker 2:

But I just want to say thanks for listening to the show. This is the 250th episode. It's funny, we'll be doing 300 in less than a year because we do one a week.

Speaker 1:

That's right, that's true, yeah, it's less than a year, so we want to keep growing it. We want more comments. If you can help us out in making more comments, suggesting guests, I would love to have more musical guests. That would be so fun.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Because of my musical background, I would love to have me more music guests, so I think that's a goal for the next 50 episodes Send us some names.

Speaker 2:

send us some names.

Speaker 1:

Local, local guests or even you know. If it's streaming too, that's fine, but I would like to have more of that and also just more about, you know, self-development a lot of that stuff yeah. And then, of course, we do real estate once a month with Pete.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, because that's my life. That's my life.

Speaker 1:
